YDH SECURE LLC: Service Terms1. OPERATIONAL ENTITY
YDH SECURE LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing institutional logistics, single-custody project management, and specialized asset relocation services for time-critical, high-value physical assets. YDH SECURE is the client-facing operating brand of YDH SECURE LLC. For all service engagements, YDH SECURE LLC is the sole contracting party unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless a higher declared value is provided in writing before the commencement of services and the corresponding valuation surcharge is paid, the maximum liability of YDH SECURE LLC for any loss, damage, or delay shall not exceed the lesser of: (i) the declared value of the item, if accepted in writing, or (ii) $250.00 USD, or the service fee paid, whichever is greater. YDH SECURE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, lost profits, legal settlements, or loss of data—arising from any service engagement.3. RIGHT TO INSPECT & SEALING PROTOCOLS
YDH SECURE LLC Where permitted by the Client and not restricted by privilege or law, the Logistics Lead may visually verify contents against the manifest prior to sealing. In cases of legal privilege or extreme sensitivity, the Client may elect to place assets into a secure container and apply a tamper-evident seal in the direct presence of the YDH SECURE LLC representative.4. EXCLUDED CARGO & SERVICES
YDH SECURE LLC does not provide passenger escort, personnel transport, or executive protection services. Furthermore, YDH SECURE LLC does not provide transport for unmanifested currency, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), or items prohibited by state or federal law. Discovery of excluded items or service requests may result in immediate termination of the service agreement and refusal of transport.5. CLAIMS PROCESS
Any claim for loss, damage, or breach of custody must be reported in writing to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery timestamp. Failure to report within this window constitutes a definitive waiver of all claims.
